How to book a transfer, fixed prices, payment, confirmation and invoices.

Booking is quick and simple. On the homepage, enter your pickup and drop-off address, date, time and number of passengers. The system will show the available vehicle with a fixed price. Enter your details, add any notes and complete your booking. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.

Yes. The price you see when booking is the final price. There are no hidden costs, traffic surcharges or surprise fees. The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage assistance.

We accept cash payment directly to the driver. For international bookings or your convenience, contact us for alternative payment options.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with all transfer details: date, time, addresses, booking reference and vehicle information. We recommend keeping this email for the day of your trip.

Of course. During booking, enter the passenger's name and phone number. The driver will contact the passenger directly on the day of the transfer.

During booking, you'll find the "Have a promo code?" section in the payment step. Enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically to the transfer price.

Your Transfer

Meeting your driver, airport pickups, vehicles, luggage, child seats and in-ride services.

The driver will wait for you with a sign showing your name. For airport pickups, the driver will be positioned in the arrivals area. You will also receive the driver's name and phone number by email before the transfer.

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver will automatically adjust the pickup time. There is no need to contact us — the flight monitoring service is included free of charge.

Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you have extra luggage, ski equipment or sports gear, indicate it in the notes during booking and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Yes. Infant, child and booster seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Indicate this during booking, specifying the age and number of children.

Our vehicle is a Mercedes V-Class u2014 a premium minivan with leather interiors, generous luggage space, climate control and up to 7 seats. All our vehicles are perfectly maintained, air-conditioned and regularly sanitised.

Yes, short stops during the transfer are possible. Indicate them in the booking notes or communicate directly with the driver. For extended stops, an additional cost may apply.

No, never. All our transfers are private and exclusive. The vehicle is reserved solely for you and your group. No strangers, no sharing, no detours.

Enter the latest arriving flight number and choose a pickup time that suits your group. In the booking notes, list all flight numbers so we can monitor arrivals and coordinate everything smoothly.

Yes. During booking you can enter the exact address or accommodation name. We'll take you right to the door. In rare cases (narrow mountain roads or extreme weather), the driver will drop you at the nearest accessible point.

Vehicles are assigned based on passengers and luggage declared during booking. If you bring undeclared extra luggage, there may not be enough space, which could cause delays or make the transfer impossible. For a smooth journey, please declare all luggage when booking.

Generally, animals are not permitted on board to maintain vehicle cleanliness. Exceptions are made for assistance animals accompanying passengers with disabilities. For other special cases, contact us in advance and we'll assess your request.

Yes, ski resort transfers are one of our specialties. We cover Cervinia, Sestriere, Sauze d'Oulx, Pragelato, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Champoluc, Montgenèvre and Megève. Our vehicles are equipped for winter driving with appropriate tyres and chains on board.

Yes, we offer transfers to the Langhe area — Barolo, Alba, La Morra and Monforte d'Alba. Perfect for winery visits, tastings and food & wine tours. Contact us to arrange a personalised itinerary.

Yes. We offer transfers to France (Nice, Lyon, Paris, Montgenèvre, Megève) and Switzerland (Lausanne). All international transfers are at a fixed price with no additional border crossing costs.

Yes. We cover Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports. For each airport we offer real-time flight monitoring and meet & greet in the arrivals area.

Our drivers are professionals experienced in mountain and winter driving. Vehicles are always equipped with winter tyres and chains. In extreme conditions, we will contact you to find the best solution.

Changes, Cancellations & Support

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your transfer. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours), no refund is provided. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Yes. You can change the date, time or route free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll take care of everything.

For cancellations made within the deadline, the refund is processed on the same payment method used, within 5-10 business days. For cash payments, contact us to arrange the refund.

Yes. All our drivers are licensed professionals with a valid private hire (NCC) licence. Every vehicle is covered by full insurance for passengers and luggage as required by Italian law.

On the day of your transfer, call the driver's number shown in your confirmation email. For other urgent matters, WhatsApp us at +39 392 160 3840 — we respond within minutes.

If you left something in the vehicle, contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. We'll do our best to recover the item as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
